Step into September!

This month, I will be attending a workshop on Biomechanics of the upper body,  and so there will be no classes on the week between the 22nd and 26th of September (neither in the Studio nor online).

All monthly subscribers will receive a video in their inbox on the 22nd of September as part of the September package to give movement options when I'm away. 

I am excited about the course and I will look forward to sharing all that I have learnt with you in future classes.
