Summer can be a wonderful time for adventure and an opportunity to find joy in more outdoor movement and activities — a chance to explore new places and challenge ourselves in varied and exciting ways. The 5-Week Online Summer Programme is a perfect complement to this outdoor fun and it's an easy way to ensure you keep your weekly practice going and movement foundation strong.
