THE WONDER OF WALKING
This month, we will celebrate the wonder of walking as the light returns and the days lengthen. Finding ways to weave walking into our lives regularly can benefit us on so many levels and trying to keep ourselves strong and injury-free is important if we are to enjoy our walks fully.
In the studio, we will consider how we can maintain and prepare our bodies to walk as freely and efficiently as we can.
