Susan Welsh Pilates offers a variety of classes, online and in person, in group settings, one-to-one sessions, and customised for teens.

These are fun, general classes for all levels combining functional movement and Pilates exercises both standing and on the mat. Cues will be given for levels 1, 2, and 3 and all participants will be encouraged to work at their own level. Themes will be varied weekly.
Props used:
Light weights
Thera band or resistance bands
Balls - massage balls/ tennis balls/ 7”-9” Pilates balls
Mat recommended for all classes.

A gentle class focusing on balance, strengthening, and mobilising. Lots of standing exercises and chair sequences which can be done easily in and around the home will be introduced.
Exercises on the mat and focused sessions on getting up and down from the floor, building confidence to move well in all environments.

Classes designed for confident movers with Pilates experience looking to challenge themselves dynamically.
Modifications will always be offered when necessary. Exercises will move between mat work and standing.

Beginner-level classes suitable for practitioners who want to reinforce the fundamentals and basic principles. Exercises will be taught to build a strong foundation of knowledge and connections to build balance, strength, mobility, and awareness.
Max 10 people.
Please bring a mat. All other equipment provided.Spaces are booked monthly.
Can be booked within the month as space allows.

The classes will use a chair to introduce exercises that can easily be done at home too. An opportunity to discover the chair is not just for sitting it is a perfect prop to help you get moving too.
