*ONLINE* Beginners (Osteoporosis-safe)

A gentle class focusing on balance, strengthening, and mobilising. Lots of standing exercises and chair sequences which can be done easily in and around the home will be introduced.

Exercises on the mat and focused sessions on getting up and down from the floor, building confidence to move well in all environments.

Props used:

  • Light weights

  • Thera band or resistance bands

  • Balls - massage balls/ tennis balls/ 7”-9” Pilates balls

Mat recommended for all classes.
