Each March and November, I host a Walk Fit with all proceeds for charity. This month, we will have 2 classes in an outdoor series suitable for all levels. Walk. Move at your pace. This class will focus on park circuits and supplementing our work in studio. As always, you can expect dynamic strengthening, mobilising, and stretching exercises rooted in Pilates principles.

* Rain or shine. No mats will be needed.
