If you too feel like pushing yourself out of your comfort zone in May, you could sign up for the Outdoor Circuit challenge in the Starbank Park.

4 x Fun 45-minute sessions throughout the Month of May. Circuits will be designed to give options to all levels and will reinforce and build on the Opening Up Theme we will be exploring in the studio.
