Winter Outdoor Movement Fundraiser

2 SESSIONS: Saturday 14th and 28th November

Cost: £10 per session (Proceeds go to Alzheimer Scotland.)

Each March and November, I host an Outdoor Movement fundraiser with all proceeds for charity. This month, we will have 2 classes in an outdoor series suitable for all levels. This class will focus on park circuits. As always, you can expect dynamic strengthening, mobilising, and stretching exercises rooted in Pilates principles.

* Rain or shine. No mats will be needed.
